Table Captains are not asked to buy or sell tickets. Their role is simple, yet paramount: bring nine people to the luncheon who are likely to be inspired by our mission.

During the program, guests will have the opportunity to make a donation to help more children find a permanent family this year. For a child living in the uncertainty of foster care, there is no greater gift.

Table Captains Play a Vital Role

• There are roughly 10,000 children in foster care in Washington State and approximately 1,750 of them are waiting to be adopted now.
• Amara is placing more children into adoptive homes than ever before and we need your help to continue this crucial progress.
• You can make a lifelong difference in the life of a child.

 Three Simple Steps to Becoming a Table Captain

• Fill out the Table Captain form (PDF) and mail, email or fax it to us.
• You’ll receive a Table Captain toolkit in the mail to make the process easy and enjoyable.
• Attend the luncheon, enjoy being with your guests and be inspired!

Don’t think you can fill up an entire table? Register to be a table captain for a “half table” and bring four people instead.
